5 – All instructors on time; meeting locations easy to find using RDMH’s instructions

5 – Locations all excellent and equipment in good condition.  Waterproofs / wetsuits supplied all clean and in good condition.

Overall Value for Money
5 – Very happy with the overall price, especially the discount structure for large groups.

A big thank you to all involved in organising our event / the instructors… in particular Emma, Amanda, Matt, Will, Johan and Amy (apologies if any spelling mistakes).  Special thanks for giving each activity a ‘Maths’ twist!

Booking Process and Information 4 only because the emails seemed to come up as beth not as rdmh on my emails and i always view this as a concern if i dont know the person!

Meet and Greet super, polite friendly approachable but not in your face. 

Activity Experience (Pitch, Kit, Content)just right a challenge but not too scary.

Overall Value for Money good as the provision of kit is a real key point especially with kids.

And finally, any other comments
We really had a super time and hope to arrange another booking,Will and Johan really were so professional in their tuition and the patience shown when explaining the kit and the task, however next time can you sort out the midges as i still have some bite marks(only joking)

5 as a a family we seldom all get together but we had a great time .

Other service providers in the Lakes could learn a few lessons on hospitality from RDMH

5 – Directions were very good and staff very friendly and welcoming

5 – Great location, equipment was good, staff were very supportive and encouraged less able or nervous of group members.

Overall Value for Money
5 – I initially thought it was a little expensive, but having done the events everyone thought it was excellent value for money, we were never rushed and there were always extension activities that we had the choice of doing.
