River and Full Lake Trips
With river trips, we have a smaller instructor to participant ratio - we like to keep it at 1:4 and river trips only really work in the Lake District during the Winter months, as the water levels are higher.
Also - paddling the length of Windermere, England's longest lake, Leven estuary trips, or ask us about seal spotting!

Climbing Adventure Day
The climbing adventure day takes you on a fun journey exploring a host of crags in fantastic surroundings on the Pike O’Blisco. The first crag is only 30 mins walk from the car and you are instantly having fun in this climbing playground doing a mix of climbing, scrambling and bouldering, maybe summiting at the top (705m) unless you are too busy enjoying the great climbs.

The Esk Epic Gorge Walking Full Day
The full day Gorge Walk in the Esk valley provides a fabulous playground of rocks, waterfalls and pools that can simply be enjoyed for hours. The start point is at the bottom of Hardknott Pass at around 10am, and the day begins with an hour’s walk up the valley to get to the main gorge section of the river for serious playtime and a spot of lunch in a very beautiful location, before the walk back to the cars for around 4.30pm. This day is one of our favourites – stunning scenery, remote location, fantastic jumps, pools and there’s even a hidden lagoon. It is a more strenuous day than our other gorge walks and this is reflected in a minimum age of 14 years old. Gorge Walking happily runs from Easter until just before the October half term and the Esk Gorge is available from the 21st April till the 21st Sept.

Abseil Adventure Day
The Scramble and Abseil Adventure Day is a rewarding, adventurous and adrenaline packed day! The day begins with a scramble up Raven Cragg, which includes some walking and climbing - within half an hour you will begin to admire the beautiful views across Coniston and over to Helvellyn. With magnificent views to set up camp for a spot of lunch, there really are some great photo opportunities. For the afternoon, the journey continues on to Cathedral Quarry which offers the chance to explore old mining caves and tunnels, and gives the choice of different height abseils. Once you have completed the challenge of lowering yourself down the rock face, with the rush of adrenaline, a short walk brings you back to the starting point.
