This holiday is all our best days out put together in a package with no walking! Whichever accommodation option you choose you will have breakfast, dinner on the first night and lunch provided on activity days. Dinner is included throughout the week in the 3* package.
If you choose to stay in a hostel you will be based at Elterwater YHA which is in a lovely location on the edge of the village and with many short walks on its doorstep. Nearby amenities include the village pub, shop and the Langdale Country Club.
The 3* hotel we use for this holiday is the Langdale Country Club, which as well as a unique site with tarns and rivers, has 3 great restaurants and 5* leisure facilities.
ActivitiesClick on any picture to enlarge Full Day Esk Gorge - A full day of fun and play in the Esk Gorge which offers the most amazing terrain for Gorge Walking with some awesome jumps. More info on our Gorge Walking page Full day Dinghy Sailing - Spending a day learning to sail is great fun - feeling the wind in your hair as it drives you along. More info on our Sailing page Canoe river trip - Depending on rain fall we will take a trip down a relatively easy grade 2 river, don't fooled though this will be exciting. 1/2 day Mountain Biking - Off road single track riding on exciting routes over Blawith Common and the Gawthwaite Hills. |
