RDMH Gorge Walking Training

Gorge Walking training provides tuition on techniques for how to operate in a Gorge Walking environment safely. Whether you are looking to enjoy the gorges as an individual, part of a family or to lead groups, you will learn so much in our Gorge Walking training course.

Gorge Walking is our most popular activity and it involves walking up a steep sided beck through the path of the water and scrambling over rocks with jumps into pools, and climbing up and swimming under waterfalls. You can have so much fun in a gorge - providing you know what you are doing and how to go about it. There are lots of skills and safety precautions that need to be understood and executed before you take a group into a gorge and we are here to go through these important skills with you.

This course is led by instructors with over 10 years experience and leading thousands of family, adult and corporate groups in gorge walking - not only are they experts in understanding how best to operate in the white water and rocky environment, they also know how to get the most fun out of gorge walking!
