I appreciate that the activities I have booked for may be hazardous by their nature and

I understand that if I cancel my booking, my deposit (once paid) will be forfeit, and that,
if I cancel within 6 weeks of the holiday, or course, I will be liable for the full amount.
(It is recommended that you take out your own holiday and cancellation insurance.)
