Trail cycling uses mountain bikes to follow forest trails and bridleways
and our routes are focused on riding through great scenery where the trend
is downhill. There may be some uphill bits but these are always in short
stretches with no pressure to perform record times.
Having an instructor has significant benefits: they help you to use the
bike safely and efficiently, they navigate (more difficult on a bike than
walking!) and they are trained to deal with any mechanical problems that
arise.
