Johan was a great instructor who built our confidence and abilities steadily throughout the day, and to be honest I really didn't want to get out of the water when it was all over. Its no mean feat encouraging 3 50 somethings and 2 teenagers to hurl themselves down rapids, fall in, get stuck, get cold and still be keen to do another day's kayaking! We have been with you before and shall continue to book activities with you in future. The hot chocolate must stay though. Johan was helpful encouraging, knowledgeable and supportive throughout. He never lost his smile, even when our 12 year old lost his nerve when he inadvertently looked up into the waterfall and when our ten year old ran out of steam on the gorge above the waterfall. He was exceptionally understanding, even as we were slowing the activity down too much. Thank you so much, that level of personal attention and care is invaluable. His kind words at the end of the activity to our son greatly helped him as he was disappointed in his failure (particualrly as he had seen his sister carry on) Many many thanks. A great day."
